CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Appointment reservation requires a valid credit card on file for all services. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% charge of the service booked. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in 100% charge of the service booked

 

  • When an appointment is booked over the phone, you agree to the policies of the salon and agree that your card will be charged if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before. 

  • BOOKING ONLINE: By clicking you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy, you are agreeing to your credit card/debit card being charged if you do not cancel your appointment before 48 hours.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment to prevent delays for others. Please be aware that if you are running late for your appointment, please call us so we can try to accommodate your appointment as best as possible. It is under our discretion based on the services booked and how late you are, if the service will be cut short or if we have to reschedule completely. We may not be able to provide the service for which you had scheduled and a fee will apply.

  • We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day by delaying the service provider for their guests who come in on time.

HOW TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: 

  • If you need to cancel before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may cancel by calling, texting or emailing. 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, please call the salon directly at 843-343-1225 to cancel an appointment. 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in 50% charge of the service booked.

  • No shows or cancellations in less than 24 hours will result in 100% charge of the service booked. 

  • Our hard working team is off on Sunday's & Monday's. If you do not reach us, please leave us a voicemail, send an email or text. When we return the salon, we will be more than happy to help you. 

HAIR GUESTS: 

 

For all color and chemical services, please come with clean dry hair, dirty hair may not be colored and may result in an additional wash and blow dry. 

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Robes are provided for our guests to change into for all chemical treatments. We recommend removing your shirt and hanging it up in the guests bathroom to protect from possible color stains. Robes are provided in the guest bathroom. Please be advised that Charleston Beauty Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

LASH GUESTS: 

 

For all eyelash extension services and eyelash lift services, please come in with clean lashes. If you need to clean your lashes before your appointment, please inform the front desk and they will provide you with supplies you need. This will assist your lash stylist in being able to give you the full time booked to make your lashes fabulous.

 

CHILD POLICY:

We understand that how challenging it is finding time for yourself, but our salon is NOT child proof. Due to potential chemical and safety hazards, children are prohibited in the salon. We understand that how challenging it is finding time for yourself. Our salon is not child proof. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. Young children/babies in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas due to risk of tripping or children held in the lap due to possible risk of contact of chemicals. If you are unable to arrange for child care, we will have to reschedule your appointment. If you do not notify us within 48 hours, cancellation fees will be charged. By creating a profile on our appointment system and confirming this policy, you agree to have your credit card/debit card charged.

Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We strive to create an enjoyable salon experience for all our guests. Thank you for understanding.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

There is a 7 day redo policy for hair (covers execution error, not change in what is agreed upon at initial consultation or service). All retail products and hair extensions are final sale and non-refundable.

GRATUITY: 

Gratuity is not required but always is appreciated! We cannot add gratuity to your credit card or debit card. If you would like to leave gratuity for your service provider, we ask that you tip on Venmo or give cash.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
